Erik Hanson

Assistant Project Superintendent

Erik Hanson brings over two decades of field experience in construction and oil field operations to his role as Assistant Project Superintendent. Known for his hands-on approach and results-driven mindset, Erik plays a key role in supporting project execution, safety, and client coordination — all with a sharp focus on efficiency.

Throughout his career, he has worn many hats — from leading pipelaying crews and working on complex oil rigs to plumbing in residential construction. Originally from Northwestern Wisconsin, Erik spent the last 15 years in Montana before relocating to Raleigh in 2023 with his wife, Lindsey, and their two sons.

When he’s not on the job site, you’ll find Erik outdoors—fishing, hunting, golfing, or cheering on his boys at their games.
