The construction transformed over 37,000 sq. ft. into a highly specialized pharmacy and distribution facility that supports BioPlus’ mission to provide rapid access to life-saving specialty medications. The scope included new pharmacy areas, cold-chain storage, packaging zones, offices, meeting rooms, and a wellness area, with upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. HVAC, compressed air, and sprinkler systems were installed to support the operations, while architectural finishes created a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.
