BioAgilytix has partnered with Brookwood Construction on numerous projects over the past decade, so it was no surprise to team up again for the Berrington/Bradford project. This tremendous project consisted of a new lab, office, and break areas extending over 150,000 SF in two buildings. Upgraded and upsized electrical and mechanical systems with a new rooftop platform and electrical transformer service added to the complexity of this unique life sciences project.
