Jonathan Schriver

Project Superintendent

Jonathan Schriver joined Brookwood Construction in 2025 as a Project Superintendent, bringing with him a unique background and a drive for hands-on work. Originally from upstate New York, Jonathan made the leap from corporate banking to construction in 2021, starting as an Assistant Superintendent and quickly working his way up in the field.

He has lived in Florida, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina, and now calls Raleigh home. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys staying active through sports, spending time with his cats, attending trading card conventions, and exploring the Raleigh area. He’s also a proud uncle who cherishes time with his close-knit local family, especially his baby niece, Chloe.
