Brookwood partnered with Life Edit and JLL to assist in the relocation of Life Edit’s NC headquarters to over 50,000 SF of office and lab space in the Durham ID Building in the heart of Downtown Durham. Brookwood constructed lab areas, a new cold room and office space to create an environment in which Life Edit could continue to perform their work and studies in the pursuit of curing genetic diseases.
