Brookwood Construction partnered with KPANNS Hospitality to construct their first Build Your Own Pizza concept, /sôst/ – which is the phonetic spelling for “Sauced”. A first floor kitchen with multiple hoods and a complex exhaust system that was installed vertically in this 5-story structure were but a few of the challenges met while building this first floor restaurant in Grubb Ventures’ Live/Work development, Glenwood Place.
