Brookwood Construction completed the interior upfit of the UNC Health Multispecialty Care Clinic at Beacon Point, located at 1425 Promise Beacon Circle, Raleigh, NC. The project converted the space into a modern, high-performance outpatient care facility serving multiple specialties including primary care, cardiology, imaging, minor procedures, and preventive care. The fit-up included construction of exam rooms, procedure spaces, imaging suites, nurse stations, telehealth rooms, lab areas, administrative offices, and patient amenities with full integration of medical gas systems, MEP infrastructure, IT/AV systems, and specialized finishes meeting healthcare standards. The completed facility enhances UNC Health’s mission of providing innovative, compassionate, and comprehensive care to the Triangle region.
