VICTOR FONTANA

Senior Project Superintendent

Victor Fontana serves as a Senior Project Superintendent for Brookwood Construction. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, he was a union member and worked for various construction companies in New York. He and his wife, Joanne, moved their family to North Carolina in 1996 and he worked for two general contractors in Raleigh prior to joining Brookwood in 2014. Victor has worked on a variety of construction projects from commercial building office renovations to medical projects for UNC Rex Hospital. Some projects include REX Radiology, Clarkson Consulting, Trident Technology, REX Nuclear Camera, Interactive Intelligence, FastMed Urgent Care, UNC Digestive Health Care, REX NICU, Tierpoint and Kane Realty. Victor and his wife have four children, and in his free time he enjoys vacationing with his family, spending time with his three rescue dogs and playing chess with his children.
