Brookwood Construction completed a full interior fit-up of Burns & McDonnell’s new 4th-floor office suite at 25 Fenton Main Street, Cary, NC, in the heart of the Fenton mixed-use development. The project transformed a 13,800 sq. ft. space into a high-performance workplace for Burns & McDonnell, an industry leader in engineering, architecture, construction, environmental, and consulting services. The buildout included an expansive open office area, multiple conference rooms, a Charette collaboration space, break room, wellness room, LAN/server room, and an outdoor patio. The new office provides a dynamic environment where Burns & McDonnell’s Raleigh team can continue delivering client-focused solutions across critical infrastructure markets.
