Brookwood Construction completed the interior tenant fit-up for Flatiron Corporation’s new office suite at 5438 Wade Park Boulevard, Raleigh, NC. The project transformed a 13,627 sq. ft. space on the fifth floor of an existing building into a modern, functional office environment designed to support Flatiron’s leadership in heavy civil and transportation infrastructure construction. The buildout included new private offices, open workstations, conference and collaboration spaces, a break room, and support areas, all supported by new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The space provides a flexible and collaborative environment for Flatiron’s regional operations, aligning with its mission to deliver complex infrastructure projects that connect communities.
