Brookwood Construction delivered the interior renovation of Colliers’ Raleigh office at 4208 Six Forks Road, CapTrust Tower. The project transformed approximately 4,185 sq. ft. into a sophisticated, flexible workplace designed to support Colliers’ role as a global leader in commercial real estate services and investment management. The buildout included a welcoming reception area, open office space, multiple conference rooms, private huddle rooms, IT/server room, a break area, and collaborative hoteling spaces, all enhanced with new MEP, fire alarm, and fire protection systems. Finishes include custom millwork, acoustic treatments, high-performance lighting, and modern architectural features that reflect Colliers’ brand and client-focused culture.
