The project transformed approximately 2,945 sq. ft. into a modern, collaborative work environment that includes a welcoming reception area, multiple conference rooms, open office spaces, private offices, phone rooms, storage areas, and a lounge/break area. Key design features include open ceiling treatments, glass wall systems for conference spaces, and custom millwork that reflect Unite Advisors’ forward-thinking brand. The finished space provides a flexible, professional environment aligned with Unite’s mission to empower clients through independent, insightful financial guidance.
