Brookwood Construction partnered with KPANNS Hospitality to build Iron Oaks restaurant with a full-scale kitchen, bar and dining area. In addition to the traditional dining and bar areas, tucked away in the back you’ll find two high end GolfZone simulators. New City Design and KPANNS Hospitality created a unique pub experience in Grubb Ventures’ Live/Work development, Glenwood Place.
