Bill Kibbe is President of Brookwood Construction. Prior to launching Brookwood in 2010, Bill served as Group Manager in the Raleigh/Durham market for a $200MM Charlotte, NC based construction firm. Formerly, Bill was Development Director with the responsibility of analyzing and managing hotel developments from conception to opening for Winston Hotels, Inc. Prior to Winston Hotels, Inc., he was involved with construction management of resort properties in Hilton Head, SC and various commercial projects in the Carolinas. Bill holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and an MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University. Bill and his wife Catherine have three children. He enjoys golfing, boating, grilling and spending time with his family.
