Pat Bur

Preconstruction Manager

Pat Bur serves as Preconstruction Manager at Brookwood Construction. He grew up in Olney, MD before earning his degree in Mining & Mineral Engineering from Virginia Tech and eventually making his way down to Raleigh. Prior to joining the Brookwood team in May of 2021, Pat worked 5+ years in a project management role on projects in multiple market sectors including healthcare, faith/religious based, office renovations, and senior living. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, golfing, playing chess, attending live music events, hiking, and finding good restaurants he’s never been to before.
