Brookwood Construction completed the interior renovation of SteelFab’s Raleigh office at 4909 Western Blvd., a space designed to support the company’s role as one of the nation’s largest structural steel fabricators. The project transformed approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of space into a modern workplace with a mix of executive and private offices, open collaboration areas, conference rooms, breakroom, IT/server room, and reception area. The scope included upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems, enhanced finishes, new lighting and ceiling treatments, and the integration of audio-visual infrastructure and specialty glass storefronts. The new office supports SteelFab’s continued growth and leadership in delivering structural steel solutions for complex construction projects nationwide.
