Brookwood Construction completed the interior buildout of Surety Systems’ new office suite located at 1 Fenton Main Street, Cary, NC. The project transformed over 3,700 sq. ft. into a dynamic workspace designed to support Surety Systems’ mission of delivering expert ERP consulting and technology solutions . The buildout included new offices, collaboration spaces, open work areas, a conference room, pantry, IT room, and break area, along with full MEP upgrades and modern architectural finishes.
